Do I need to show my medical insurance?

No, you are not required to show any proof of medical insurance during your visit.

 

What if I do not speak English well?

If you do not speak English well, please call us before your visit so that we may find you a translator during your visit to the clinic. Crescent Clinic’s main phone number is (714) 399-4575.

 

Is copay required for my visit?

No, you do not need to pay a copay fee for your visit.

 

What should I bring to the clinic?

Please bring a valid form of identification (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc.) when visiting the clinic. We will be checking ID at the front desk.
